How Custom Orders Work

Send us your logo, design, idea, quantity, and the type of item you'd like embroidered.

2. We’ll review your project
We’ll confirm product options, embroidery placement, pricing, and any design adjustments needed for the best stitched result.

3. Approve your design
You’ll receive a proof before production begins.

4. We stitch your order
Once approved, your order is embroidered in-house by ADKCO.

Have a Logo Already?

Perfect. Send us your logo file and we’ll determine whether it’s ready for embroidery.

For best results, vector files such as AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF are preferred, but high-quality PNG or JPG files may also work.

Some designs may require embroidery digitizing before they can be stitched. If digitizing is needed, we’ll let you know before moving forward.

No Logo? No Problem.
